Telehealth Liaisons (TLs)

Our Telehealth Liaisons (TLs) are an integral part of the Telehealth visit with patients in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Communities. This person would be responsible for facilitating the Telehealth sessions between patients and their clinical provider. If you have an upbeat personality, are able to drive between communities and aren't averse to working with the older adult population, we have a great opportunity for you!
