  • Non-life-threatening symptoms, complaints, refills, order clarifications, medication prior authorizations, or behaviors
  • PASRR Level 2 residents needing immediate assistance
  • Any triage-related item that can be handled within a 24-48hr period
What Triage Will Need to Know:
  • Symptoms, Complaint, and/or Behaviors
  • Date of Onset
  • Contact information for facility staff
  • Vitals
  • Recent History of Hospitalizations, Trauma/Falls, Medication Changes, Diet Changes, Behavioral Changes, and/or Lab Results

Triage for Psychiatric / Psychotherapy Patients

Our office is currently closed. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST; our offices are closed on all major holidays. Triage requests received outside of business hours or on a holiday are not addressed until the next business day. If your need is urgent, please call our after-hours line at (910) 742-9243 Press *. Otherwise, we will respond to your triage request at our earliest opportunity.
